Why internet activists are ineffective
To sum up the article on Raptitude.com, "Why most internet activists don’t change any minds", it is because the authors have a tone of arrogance and come across as blaming the reader for his or her ignorance. If someone truly hasn't been exposed to an issue, they are less likely to be defensive if you approach it as a teaching opportunity.

Free*(?) Farm Help
The (Pennsylvania) Capital Resource Conservation and Development Area Council has just published a Guide to Internships and Employment for Pennsylvania Farms. It "surveys legal requirements and provides an overview of legal definitions of intern and apprenticeships, wage and compensation details, and housing considerations. It is not a replacement for direct legal counsel but builds a strong foundation for farmers considering the hire of or already employing an intern or apprentice. "
